Public Transport
At Hanover central station you can take one of the trains listed below to Lehrte. The train ride takes 15 minutes. Our shuttle bus in Lehrte will take you straight to the festival side and back to the station.

Arrival by car
After reaching the festival site follow the signs pointing to the backstage entrance. In case you’re travelling by car and stuff to load in please drive through backstage entrance. Therefore you need this authorization:

Because space is limited, please use the backstage area only to load and unload equipment. Please use our designated parking space afterwards.

Accreditation
At the end of the backstage driveway you will find the accreditation. This is the place where we hand out the wristband and vouchers for meals and drinks. Your artist care will take you from here and will guide you through the weekend.

This is our fifth year as guests in Zytanien - the home of more than twenty people. As we are practically partying in their garden, it is an act of respect to acknowledge this situation and behave accordingly. Please act mindfully regarding the property of the residents.  Besides the Fuchsbau Festival there is also the Zytanien Festival happening on the site every year since 1987. If interested, you can find out more about the history of Zytanien on this website.

The festival site is an old brick factory surrounded by a nature preserve. Therefore, we kindly ask you to take care of your environment. In close distance there are also three lakes accessible by feet.

Friday 4 pm - Saturday 7 am
Saturday 11 am - Sunday 7 am
Sunday 11 am - 6 pm

Please show up 3 hours before your stage time at the accreditation. This way there will be enough time to handle any technical or organisational problems, if they occur.

Since you are staying overnight at our festival we either welcome you in our artist camping or in the Median Hotel Lehrte. We hope that your stay at the Median Hotel will meet your expectations.

The reception is open 24/7. Breakfast is served Monday to Sunday from 6.00 am to 10.00 am.

We will provide you with food and drink vouchers at the accreditation after your arrival. It is our goal to offer you the best meal service possible but please note that this festival is organised voluntarily and we don’t have the financial possibilities to deliver a high level catering. 

Food
The catering is located in the backstage area. You can redeem your voucher for a proper meal during the opening times of the catering. Additionally, free snacks and fruits are available throughout the day.

Drinks
Free coffee, water and tea are available in the catering tent. You can redeem your free drink vouchers at the bar right next to the backstage. As a part of our sustainability concept you are very welcome to bring your refillable water cups. On the festival site we have spots to refill them for free.

Because we cannot give entry to any “+ X”, we need the full name of your guest(s)

As a non-profit, publicly-funded project we have to provide a transparent accounting. Therefore, we only pay out fees and travel costs to the agreed conditions, if an invoice is provided. The invoice should contain the following information: your address, our billing address, billing date, invoice number, tax number, project title “Fuchsbau Festival 2022”, billing amount, bank account details and signature. 

In general, we kindly ask you to provide us your invoices prior to the festival or after the event via email.

Cash payment during the festival is only possible if agreed upon prior to the event.
