Media Critical and Literacy workshop

The Workshop invites participants to reflect on their relationship with media: how one comes to be “informed” by media, how to keep up with and organise this information, think through where and how media is generated. And more importantly, how can we use media for socio-political action? During the workshop, participants will work through case studies that address one or a
combination of these questions in groups.
Content Warnings: The workshop will include discussions of human rights abuses and other forms of violence and suffering that may be distressing for some participants. These topics form an important part of the discussion.
