As a deaf/hard-of-hearing artist, I experience sound especially through vibration – not only through hearing. This perception forms the foundation of my DJ-sets. I carefully select tracks that resonate with my body. At home I use a haptic vest to feel the tracks that I listen to. My hearing aids help me, to hear the higher frequencies as well. I love hypnotic melodies and uplifting sounds. I don’t see my handicap as a weakness, but as a strength that gives my DJ-sets a different touch.
