Hendrik Bolz, born in 1988, grew up in Stralsund – the most northeastern corner of Germany – in a world that has little to do with the Western norm, even though the country is no longer called the “GDR”. Only the RTL afternoon cable programing in the background makes us realize: it’s the same noughties.

Even though the Fuchsbau Festival has – so far – not been musically inspired by this time, we are ready to now travel back in time to the music of the millenium (beyond MTV) through the work of Hendrik Bolz.
