Hailing from Belgium, Jabo blends bass-driven club music with rhythmic influences from his North African heritage, shaping a raw and percussive sound rooted in both local rave culture and tradition.
A pioneer of the diasporas club scene, he coined the „Moroccan Bass“ sound, releasing on labels including Lowup Records, Byrd Out, Crown Collective and Generation Bass. After a five-year hiatus, he returns with a heavier, more percussive sound inspired by jumpstyle and Arab rhythms.
