Minu Elsherif is an Egyptian-born, Berlin-based genderfluid performance artist working between somatic practices, bellydance, drag, theatrical presence, and personal/archive-based performance. Their work explores worlds where embodiment, drama, cultural memory, and queer presence meet softly, collide, or negotiate presence in the rawness of the moment.

In this piece, I explore the entangled psyche of consumerism, self-imposed capitalism, and identity politics. Through the lens of a bellydancing clown. It’s a performative inquiry into the absurd, fragile theatre of the human mind caught between desire, performance, and the need to belong.
